We are looking for a positive, focused Marketing Associate who aspires to work into the position of Head of Marketing. This role will own demand gen., brand positioning, digital and social GTM, copy and content creation, and results focused on elevating SEO, SEM, PPC, and reviews that will drive ICP form fills and inbound calls, MQL generation metrics, and brand loyalty. The lucky individual will work directly with and be mentored by our renowned Vice President who eagerly promotes from within. Core Responsibilities Drive Results: Optimize and constantly refine marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive qualified MQL inquiries. Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, run local PPC ads, and update the company website to attract business clients. Content Creation: Write posts, case studies, white papers, and email communications that highlight CMPS security expertise and client success stories. Lead Generation: Support the sales team by creating brochures, pitch decks, webinars, and proposals for prospective commercial clients. Market Research: Track local competitor pricing, industry trends, and emerging security demands in the target regions. Virtual and Live Event Coordination: Assist with planning and attending local business expos, trade shows, community networking events, business forums, and webinars. Required Qualifications Education: 5+ years of record of successfully creating and implementing communications, campaigns, and tracking results. A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required instead of experience. Experience: 2+ years of hands-on marketing success, preferably in B2B service-based industries. Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency and understanding of Google Analytics, social media management tools, basic graphic design software capabilities, and familiarity with CRM's and marketing pipeline flows. Communication: Strong writing and editing skills for crafting clear, persuasive business messages, cand easy to digest collateral.
