Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns. Engage with prospective customers through promotional activities. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and customer engagement activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
