Bilingual Receptionist & Marketing Assistant

In-Office The front desk of a personal injury firm is not a quiet job, and this is not a quiet role. You are the first voice an injured client hears, the person who keeps the office running, and the one helping get our name in front of the people who need us. Elmm Law Group is a female‑owned personal injury firm in Phoenix, and we are growing fast. We're hiring a Bilingual Receptionist & Marketing Assistant who wants more than a phone and a calendar. You'll answer and route calls in English and Spanish, keep the office organized, support our founder directly with executive assistant work, and pitch in on marketing: social posts, review requests, email campaigns, and community events. Here's what makes this different: our founder is a former lead prosecutor and Arizona Assistant Attorney General, and she trains her team personally. We're small enough that your work is visible, and the person in this seat has real room to grow into marketing, client relations, or casework as we expand. This is a full‑time, in‑office position at our Phoenix office, five days a week. It is not a remote or hybrid role. The front desk is the heart of the office, and that only works in person. If you're the person who answers on the second ring, notices the lobby needs attention before anyone asks, and has opinions about the firm's Instagram, we want to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
