Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Responsible for interfacing and presenting to the customer. Must exhibit excellent time management skills.Role ExpectationsTypically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years related work experience.Plans and establishes key elements of goals and objectives for a team with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job area.Responsible for making, and sometimes suggesting, improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area.May work to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.Typically supervises a team consisting of experienced individual contributors.Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.Portfolio and/or Program Revenue: $2M+Contract Specific QualificationsAgile Project/Program ManagementOffensive Cyber Operations experience in the Military/IC or experience delivering for customers with this missionAbility to rapidly adjust to shifting priorities while minimizing churn on an engineering teamAbility to facilitate direct user/operator communications with engineersImpeccable oral and written communication skillsAgile Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Suite, Monday, Microsoft Office), experience leading or supporting cyber or intelligence operations.Salary Range: $123,000 - $337,000We are an equal opportunity employer.
