Here, you will make an impact by:Supporting the Medical Technologies business; the Brookings plant's only make-to-order business and representing the customer in the manufacturing setting.Engaging peers and working cross functionally to support the product line and drive prioritized projects.Dispositioning non-conforming product and addressing root cause of non-conformance.Identifying opportunities and leading product teams in quality and service improvements.Analyzing non-conforming trends in respective value streams to identify opportunities for improvement.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience communicating with stakeholders through verbal discussions, presentations, and written communications.Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.Experience analyzing data to support investigations, process improvements, or decision-making activities.Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project, operational, or business objectives.Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.Work location:On site – Brookings, SDTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
