Occupational Health Nurse

Role Overview: An Occupational Health Professional - LPN provides on-site medical care, health assessments, screenings, and manages medical records to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive workplace. Responsibilities Offer routine and emergency medical attention within nursing protocols. Respond promptly to workplace and health issues. Conduct health screenings such as drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, and audiometry. Maintain accurate health records for compliance. Support safety, ergonomic initiatives, wellness programs, and employee health education. Assist with workers' compensation cases and support the health and safety team. Qualifications & Skills Current unrestricted state LPN license. CPR/First Aid/AED certification required; additional certifications in urine drug screening and breath alcohol collection will be facilitated. Preferably 1+ years of nursing experience; clinical hours acceptable for graduate nurses. Key Duties Deliver on-site care, respond to incidents, perform health screenings, maintain confidentiality, and support safety and wellness initiatives.
