Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM
Assignment Dates: September 4, 2026 – June 25, 2027

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services to students across multiple school locations. This full-time position supports a K-12 caseload and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to help students achieve their functional and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Support student mobility, motor development, and functional participation within the educational environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records.
• Participate in meetings and consultations regarding student services and progress.
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed.

QualificationsRequired

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work with students across a K-12 age range.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet all pre-employment and compliance requirements.

Compliance Requirements

• Current TB test.
• Physical examination.
• Fingerprinting/background clearance as required.

Preferred

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience.
• Experience working with students with diverse physical and developmental needs.
