PRN Occupational Therapist

Skilled Nursing Facility | Venice, FL

The Palms at Venice in  Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ functional independence and quality of life in a supportive clinical environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations

• Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (required)

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred

• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
