Velaz Agency is the insurance division of Velaz Group an 8-figure Latin American-owned company headquartered in New Jersey. We started in home improvement roofing, solar, siding, and windows and built something significant. Now we are expanding into one of the most powerful and recession-proof industries in the country life insurance.
We are building a team of driven, coachable, and hungry professionals who are ready to build a real career not just work a job.
We are looking for a motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Closer to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a Closer at Velaz Agency you will work with pre-qualified appointments generated by our own call center your job is to present, connect, and close.
What You Will Do:
- Meet with pre-qualified prospects who have already been scheduled by our call center
- Present life insurance solutions based on the client's needs and situation
- Build trust, handle objections, and close policies
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Track your activity and results in our CRM system
- Participate in daily training, role play, and coaching sessions
- Work toward monthly production targets and contract level milestones
- Grow into a mentor and leader as you develop within the agency
