Roofing Service Manager

Roofing Service ManagerCentiMark Corporation is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Service Manager in Baton Rouge! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is paying a base salary of $70k - $75k plus bonus opportunity & premier benefits!Job Summary:Marketing and developing the service departmentScheduling and supervising two-man crews – ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measuresEnsuring customer satisfactionEstimating, proposing, and selling commercial roofing repair work from some provided leadsInspect service roofing jobs for safety and workmanshipResponsible for management/growth of service departmentCandidate Requirements:5+ years' experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is preferred2+ years' experience in commercial roofing serviceWorking knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safetyExcellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skillsExperience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is requiredPremier Benefits:2 Health Insurance Plans:No Cost "Core Plan" – No Cost Medical & Dental"Buy Up Plan" – Features a lower deductible for MedicalVision PlanEmployer Paid Life & AD&D InsuranceTraditional 401K with Company MatchRoth 401K with Company MatchFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employer Provided Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Cell Phone, LaptopPaid Holidays and VacationCentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor.
