Strategic Client Success Manager
Momentive Software
Momentive Software is seeking a Customer Success professional to develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle and promote software adoption. The role includes providing best practices to clients and delivering excellent service, with prompt handling of concerns and prompt escalation as needed.
