Compensation: $120,000+ annually (performance-based)

Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a growing service department. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader with a growth mindset who is passionate about delivering a top-tier customer service experience , building strong team culture where employees want to stay and grow long term.

Position Overview:

As the Service Manager , you will be responsible for the overall success of the service department, ensuring smooth operations, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience. You will hire, train, and lead our service team while managing the department's financial and operational objectives. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff with a strong focus on engagement, accountability, and retention
• Create and maintain a customer-first service culture that consistently delivers exceptional experiences that result in industry leading CSI Scores and customer retention
• Manage daily service department operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
• Implement and refine processes that support growth, consistency, and scalability
• Set the tone for a positive workplace culture where team members enjoy coming to work and are motivated to stay long term

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership service management experience (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and build strong culture
• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with Xtime preferred but not required
