Shipping Manager

Compensation & Schedule Salary: $62,400 - $65,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM. Responsibilities Manage all incoming parts inquiries via phone and email; provide quotes, lead times, and order confirmations in an organized manner. Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment and shipping. Orders received by noon should ship the same day if the item is in stock. Send customers an email confirmation with tracking information once their order has shipped. Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments (production, purchasing, accounting). Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule and track outgoing shipments. Oversee and assist with packing, labeling, and documentation for domestic and international shipments. Coordinate with the Shipping Assistant who is responsible for receiving and order picking. Essential Functions Working in a smoke free environment. Manual lifting up to 30 lbs.
