Strategy Analyst

Bambee is an HR tech company providing HR services to small and medium-sized businesses. We're committed to delivering high-quality HR solutions and exceptional customer service. We give small business owners a Dedicated HR Manager plus software for policies, handbooks, terminations, performance management, and compliance.

You'll work directly with the CEO to translate strategic doctrine into buyer-facing materials. You'll shape how external audiences—investors, potential acquirers, press—understand Bambee and the transaction. You'll own the CIM narrative, management presentation, teaser, data room, press strategy, and post-close communications plan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work directly with the CEO to translate strategic doctrine into buyer-facing materials. Develop Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) narratives that position Bambee's business model, market opportunity, and competitive advantage to external audiences. Lead management presentations that communicate company strategy, performance, and vision to investors and potential acquirers. Create teasers and manage data room organization with clear, compelling narrative sections. Develop press positioning and coordinate external communications strategy. Own the infrastructure continuity story and post-close communications plan.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You write sharp, compelling narratives (CIMs, investor decks, management presentations). You model before you decide and can hold multiple variables at once. You've worked with investors or bankers. You've shipped something on a cross-functional team. You push back on bad logic, know what you don't know, and don't hide bad news.

Compensation: $120,000 - 160,000 + equity. Onsite · Glendale, California.
