Trainees learn all aspects of the business through rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. The position provides real on‑the‑job training and online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary; the ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in an energetic, multi‑faceted industry.
