You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.Your Primary Responsibilities IncludeStrategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involve in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.Preferred EducationMaster's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseProfessional expertise with SAP configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP EWM with a minimum of two end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.SAP process knowledge: Experience with warehouse processes and workflows (e.g., finance, supply chain).Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments and with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.SAP certifications: Holder of SAP certifications.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceFamiliarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands-on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.Other InformationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingJ-18808-Ljbffr IBM
