Registered Nurse - LTC Job ID: 94126 Location: Baltimore, MD Shift: Night shift 7:00pm-7:30am Salary: $34.33-$53.21 per hour (Experience based). JOB SUMMARY Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment and gathers data relevant to the patient’s/family’s individual needs. Develops and documents plan of care for selected patients/families. Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on plan of care. Evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice. REQUIREMENTS Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college). Knowledge of a specialized field; American Heart Association CPR Card. Maryland Registered Nurse License. Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills, Cerner, Synquest Standard. Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; critical thinking skills; familiarity with medical equipment. Less than one year of experience.
