Job Title

Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:

• Contribute to the entire implementation process
• Drive definition of improvements based on business need and architectural improvements
• Responsible for overall solution design, build and test, root cause analysis, and advanced performance tuning complex business processes and functionality
• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
• May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections
• Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures
• Act as lead and assist fellow analysts

Required Skills: Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years Experience as a Business Systems Analyst STRONG SQL SKILLS EXTRACT, TRANSFORM, LOAD DATA FROM MULTIPLE DATA SOURCES DATA MANAGEMENT COLLABORATIVE, INTERPERSONAL, ORAL, AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITH MULTIPLE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS, AS WELL AS WORK INDEPENDENTLY Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Fully Remote 3 month Contract to Hire Background Check: Yes
