We advise major brands on how to structure optimal marketing programs, refine their approach over time and work collaboratively to build strong relationships. The agency seeks a Senior Analyst, Analytics who is passionate about data science, eager to learn, and skilled at applying analytics within a marketing context. What You’ll Do 40% Data Communication/Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with media planning and brand strategy teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies aligned with campaign and brand goals, communicate concise data points and measurement strategies to a broad audience, and drive innovation by developing new analytical approaches, optimizing data workflows, and designing scalable data structures. 20% KPI/Reporting & Dashboard/Visualization Development: Build robust data visualizations and interactive dashboards that deliver information in an intelligent and digestible manner. 20% Analysis & Insight Generation: Query database tables, transform data for analysis, surface insights, recommend optimizations, and deliver concise, constructive analysis to internal and external stakeholders. 20% Client Management: Manage client expectations and present key findings throughout engagements. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to follow through. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations. Proficiency with ad‑serving, ad‑verification, and site‑analytics platforms such as DCM, Innovid, Extreme Reach, IAS, Double Verify, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with database design concepts and SQL. Exposure to mobile, social, and tablet measurement platforms and methodology. Proven analytical and strategic thinking, project management, presenting, and communication skills. Understanding of multi‑touch attribution and advanced analytics in media evaluation. Experience with syndicated research sources/tools (GfK, MRI, Simmons, Scarborough, IMS, Nielsen, comScore). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Thought leadership on digital advertising, media strategy, and standard media measurement. Strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising strategy and measurement. Experience managing and coordinating efforts across teams and offices. Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex ideas to varied audiences. Salary Range US $85,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
