Commercial Property Manager
Equus Capital Partners, Ltd.
Equus Management Company AZ LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to become an important part of our team! A great place to work with a great compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate real estate transactions, including renewals
- Oversee and coordinate tenant improvement and lease ready projects
- Investigate and resolve tenant issues
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely manner
- Review and approve invoices for properties within individual portfolio
- Complete monthly reports regarding, occupancy, variances, and improvements
- Weekly site visits to each property within individual portfolio
Qualifications
- Associates Degree Required
- Previous experience in property management or related fields
- Familiarity with commercial real estate leases is helpful
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active Arizona Real Estate License
