Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling maintenance visits, coordinating service agreement appointments, and assisting with sales appointments. This position works closely with technicians to manage schedules, communicate updates to customers, and ensure appointments are completed efficiently. Additional responsibilities include entering work orders, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support as needed.Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.QualificationsAt least 1 year of customer service or office experience Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities Experience handling a multi-line phone system preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
