Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our Commercial and Business Litigation team in Tampa. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting litigation attorneys, managing cases, and coordinating complex legal matters. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, motions, and trial support Draft, proofread, and organize pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents Maintain and update case files, calendars, and deadlines Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as needed Conduct legal research and summarize case law, deposition transcripts, and exhibits Provide general administrative support to litigation attorneys Handle confidential information with discretion Manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial or business litigation Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and terminology Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and career growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work culture Interested and qualified applicants should apply!
