Role Overview As a Speech-Language Pathologist on the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (WEST), you will provide high-impact float pool services across the Wellstar network, collaborating closely with physicians and patients to develop and implement personalized care plans. Shift Details Day shift within the United States of America. Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians to assess and evolve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing care plans. Engage patients and families to create customized goals and track progress. Develop and implement fun, interactive treatment plans that inspire progress and empower patients. Maintain clear, organized documentation to ensure continuity and compliance with departmental guidelines. Revisit and refine goals regularly to support patients, educate stakeholders, and achieve tangible outcomes. Required Qualifications Education Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Licenses/Certifications Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience At least 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a hospital setting.
