US Foods, a leading foodservice distributor, is seeking an HR Manager for our Livermore, CA distribution center. In this fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will lead HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management for warehouse and transportation teams. You’ll ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws, support safety and workers’ compensation programs, guide leaders on coaching and corrective action, manage HRIS data and reporting, and champion a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement while partnering with leaders to develop talent and drive engagement.
