The manager will work closely with market and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives, enhance patient experiences, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.What We're Looking For:Previous leadership experience is requiredStrong operational and team management skillsPassion for developing staff and advancing rehabilitation servicesCommitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service excellenceThis position reports directly to the regional rehabilitation leadership team and offers the opportunity to shape therapy and athletic training services across a growing market.Job Summary:Manages the daily operations of rehabilitative services.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.Assesses the quality of patient care and coordinates services with patients and healthcare providers.Manages staff relations and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.Oversees departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.Performs patient treatment as needed.Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor's degreeEXPERIENCEFour years experience, with two years in leadershipPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
