The residential program coordinator is responsible for the overall function of the assigned residential group home.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintaining health, safety and human rights of all individuals and staff members at all timesOverseeing daily functions of the residential settingMaintaining open communication with all stakeholders including guardians, government agencies and management at all timesSupervising residential staff providing ongoing support, supervision and guidance through all areas of the programFacilitating all services including behavior support plans, client financial responsibilities and health/dietary plansOverseeing the overall operations for assigned programs including scheduling, recreational outings, appointments, finances for clients and petty cashBenefits:Competitive salaryEmployee referral bonus eligibleHealth/dental/vision insuranceHealth reimbursement account/FSA & dependent careCompany paid life insurance & long-term disabilityGenerous paid time offRetirement plan with company matchTuition reimbursementQualifications:A minimum of an undergraduate degree in human services and/or a minimum of two years' experienceExperience with and ability to implement ABA therapy, PBS, and physical restraint proceduresFirst aid and CPR certification (American Heart Association) or ability to become certifiedMAP certification or ability to become certifiedMust have and retain an active driver's license
