Shift Manager

Job Summary Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and supporting their assigned departments in achieving goals.
