Note: Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills and at least 1 year of legal assistant or paralegal experience are required. Litigation support experience is strongly preferred. Job Description Communicate professionally and empathetically with current and prospective clients. Prepare, organize, and file pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation. Maintain accurate case files, databases, calendars, and internal records. Prepare witness materials and organize documents for attorney review. Assist with deposition preparation, scheduling, attendance, and exhibit organization. Prepare and file court documents while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met. Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence. Coordinate appointments, calendars, and case-related activities. Support attorneys and the litigation team with additional administrative and legal tasks as needed. Qualifications 1+ year of legal assistant or paralegal experience. Bilingual Spanish/English required, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Litigation support experience preferred. Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and manage multiple matters. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal technology. Reliable, punctual, professional, and proactive.
