Experience in the Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required.


This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!


Client will not consider any candidate who resides within 50 miles of facility

Dress Code : Personal scrubs of any color
Patient Population : Newborn - Geriatric
RN/Patient Ratio : 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1. This is for both day and night shifts.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! 5 DAYS OR LESS OF RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR A 13 WEEK ASSIGNMENT.

Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed):

Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after
Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after

No non-billable orientation
OT, Holiday multipliers: 1.25%
Call and Call-Back: Not applicable for this need

• 3+ years PCU, Med /Surg, Tele experience [Required]
• Tele experience - [Required]
• Basic dysrhythmia test [required] in profile
• Previous travel experience - [Highly Preferred]
• Rural/small facility experience - [Highly Preferred]
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
