Marketing and Proposal Manager

Johnson Fain is seeking a self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, creative individual to work collaboratively with our senior management on managing the firms marketing and business development efforts. Qualified candidates must have experience in the A&E sector in business promotion, the preparation of formal requests for qualifications, and proposals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player and must possess a strong work ethic, superior writing skills, and strong business development and communication skills. Job Responsibilities Identify new project leads and marketing opportunities. Track and maintain client communications and new business opportunities. Lead the design and production of responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) distributed by private and public clients. Lead the production of award submittals. Maintain firm qualifications and data internally and externally on public portals. Lead the design and production of marketing and communications material, including but not limited to email newsletters, brochures, digital presentations, graphic displays, print/digital invitations, and press releases. Job Requirements BA/BS degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of related experience, preferably with an A&E firm or architectural school. Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite. Familiar with new technologies to automate and manage RFPs and RFQs. Superior writing, editing, and graphic design skills. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation Competitive salaries offered commensurate with level of experience and academic degree. Base salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 dollars.
