Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning, a NearU Company , is hiring an Office/Parts Assistant ! We’re looking for motivated individuals who are used to working autonomously to work Monday-Friday in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

\n
• Order parts and materials for repairs including warehouse materials
\n
• Schedule appointments for technicians to complete repairs
\n
• Inbound/Outbound calls to customers
\n
• Serve as back-up dispatcher while also coordinating effectively with other dispatchers and field teams
\n
• Assist with and receive purchase orders; verify quantities and orders match.
\n
• Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and operating office equipment
\n
• Assist homeowners with HVAC service needs in a calm, professional manner
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate records
\n
• Stay organized and focused throughout long shifts
\n
• Participate in team huddles and occasional training—while owning your day-to-day workflow
\n
• Work independently multiple days during shift
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• Prior experience in HVAC, administration, customer service, and/or dispatching a plus
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office
\n
• Service Titan experience preferred, but not required
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
\n
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills
\n
• Confidence in multitasking and prioritizing tasks without supervision
\n
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
\n
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
\n
• Reliable and dependable, consistently arriving on time and ready to work
\n
