Refrigeration Service Technician

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Big Flats, NY location servicing the Twin Tiers region. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. High school diploma or equivalent required ~ OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred ~ 3-5+ years of HVAC Experience preferred The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-33 per hour.
