F-35 Air Vehicle Development Block 4 Contract Program Manager

The F-35 Air Vehicle Development (AVD) Block 4 Contract Program Manager is responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical delivery of multiple development efforts, which will provide critical capabilities to the F-35 platform. Develop and execute program plans, meeting contractual commitments, and driving program performance. Coordinate across the business to ensure enterprise and full lifecycle success. Interface with Customer counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual objectives are achieved. Ensure the establishment of milestones, proactively manage master schedules, utilize active risk management practices to identify problems and develop solutions. Communicate program status, challenges, successes, and help needed across the enterprise and up through executive leadership, both internal and external.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience
• Technical / Development Experience
• Program / Project Management Experience
• Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating
• Active Secret Clearance

• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
