We are seeking motivated Sales Consultants to meet with customers in their homes, assess their needs, and recommend the best solutions for their space. Using the tools, training, and proven sales methodology provided, you will guide customers through our replacement services and help them make confident purchasing decisions. You’ll be equipped with industry-leading product samples, technology, and support to help you succeed and close sales effectively.
All leads are 100% company-generated—no cold calling required, we ensure a steady pipeline of pre-qualified, pre-scheduled appointments.

- Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- High level of work ethic, drive, and ambition
- Honesty and integrity
- Comfortable using technology throughout the sales process
- Availability to meet with homeowners, including evenings and weekends
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Effective time management and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
