Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods tailored to client needs, incorporating interventions for a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

  Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical and progress notes as per departmental policy, ensuring compliance with electronic medical record documentation standards.

  Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect psychosocial assessments and are in line with best-practice interventions.

  Assist clients in discharge planning and navigate care coordination services, actively working with local providers and resources to facilitate seamless access to necessary services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will focus on serving a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, often navigating complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
