IT Asset Lifecycle Coordinator

Location: Washington, DC On-site (Capitol Hill) M-F – On Site

Long term Temporary (24 months base period of performance with 4 option years). Potential to go perm.

Compensation: $25.96/hr. + $5.09/hr. Health & Welfare = $31.04/hr. Some Sat and Sunday hours may be required in December Business casual (company shirt provided)

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check.
• Excellent customer service / ability to work with high profile customers
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, in a high passed environment
• Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• High school diploma with 2 years customer service experience and competency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to assist with the movement or lifting of small items up to 40 lbs, if required.
• Experience using an automated financial system such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Deltek a plus.
• Perform daily asset lifecycle transactions in automated financial system.
• Complete inventory reconciliations in accordance with department inventory desktop procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in communicating asset information with Member offices and external agencies to facilitate accurate inventory reports.
• Possess ability to understand company policy relating to Asset Management.
• Demonstrate professional communication abilities, including interacting effectively with high-profile clients.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
• The ability to communicate both verbally and in business writing effectively
• The ability to take clear, accurate, and organized notes
• The ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for a prolonged period at a time
