Senior B2B Appointment Setter and Lead Generator

**Contract Type:** Remote Hourly / Fixed Contract ($75.00/hr base equivalent)

**ABOUT THE STUDIO**

The Studio builds and deploys custom 24/7 conversational AI voice architecture for enterprise B2B firms, luxury real estate, healthcare clinics, and boutique hospitality brands. We handle 100% of technical engineering, custom voice agent builds, sales consultations, and ongoing fulfillment.

**THE ROLE**

We are hiring experienced outbound SDRs, cold email specialists, and appointment setters to connect qualified B2B decision-makers with our studio leadership.

**COMPENSATION & CONTRACT TERMS**

• **Hourly Base Equivalent:** $75.00/hr contract structure

• **Fixed Project Fee:** $1,300 fixed rate paid per successfully acquired client contract

• **Milestone Cash Bonus:** $2,000 additional cash bonus for every 3 completed client acquisitions

• **Zero Upfront Costs:** 100% paid contract position ($0 fees or expenses required)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Identify and qualify key decision-makers across target B2B sectors.

• Execute outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, or phone.

• Schedule qualified prospects for live technical voice agent demos with our Studio Director.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

• Proven track record in B2B outbound prospecting or appointment setting.

• Ability to qualify enterprise decision-makers independently.
