Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and intervention to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, medication management strategies, and risk assessments.

• Document client progress in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to assist in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and enforce positive behavior support plans, ensuring integrated client care.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation activities, championing best practices within the organization.

• Represent our clinic as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance service provision and client outcomes.

• Foster open communication channels to meet contract standards, aligning with our mission and values while promoting mental health awareness in the community.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to stay updated on best practices.

• Uphold and advocate for the agency's mission, values, and principles in all professional interactions.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and may face challenges such as mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, developmental disorders, or transitions due to traumatic brain injuries. You will play a crucial role in delivering empathetic, individualized care aimed at facilitating their recovery and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC license issued by the New York State Board is mandatory.

• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and compiling reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
