Company-paid travel home approximately every 3 weeks.Position OverviewA Japanese company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial Design-Build and Process EPC projects from pre-construction through project completion. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, financial performance, and overall project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Design-Build and Process EPC projects from planning through close-outDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and forecastingOversee project profitability (P&L) and financial reportingCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsLead and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teamsManage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reportingEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standardsCoordinate inspections, commissioning, and final project turnoverQualificationsRequiredBusiness-level or higher Japanese language proficiencyBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industryExperience managing industrial construction, Design-Build, or EPC projectsStrong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and project financial managementProficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ProcorePreferredManufacturing or industrial facility construction experienceMaster's degree in a related fieldExperience leading multidisciplinary project teams
