This role offers a flexible schedule involving assistance to partial programs, encompassing a mix of in-person and telehealth work, totaling approximately 25 hours per month. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication checks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, each lasting approximately one hour.
• Conduct medication checks and follow-up appointments, typically 15 minutes each.
• Deliver services across three partial programs, with a flexible schedule totaling about 25 hours per month.
• Balance approximately 8-12 in-person hours with 12 additional telehealth hours each month.

Additional Information

• Assistance is needed for three partial programs within the state.
• Nurse Practitioners applying for this role will require their own collaborating Physician.
