You'll foster a positive, collaborative culture built on trust, accountability, and open communication while partnering closely with our medical leadership to support both our people and our patients.You're a strategic thinker who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and creating systems that improve the client experience, employee engagement, and overall hospital performance.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and developing hospital team members through coaching, mentoring, hiring, and performance management.Partnering with medical leadership to support a collaborative and positive hospital culture.Managing hospital operations, budgets, and financial performance.Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for continued growth.Managing inventory and hospital software systems.Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.Delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting high-quality patient care.Compensation is negotiable based on experience, credentials, and leadership background.Experience & QualificationsRequired3+ years of veterinary hospital management or leadership experienceBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent leadership experienceExperience managing a multi-doctor veterinary hospitalStrong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L managementProven leadership, coaching, hiring, and team development skillsOutstanding communication and relationship-building abilitiesCommitment to exceptional client serviceStrong Excel and computer proficiencyAbility to lift up to 40 pounds independently and more with assistanceIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact, develop an exceptional team, and help shape the future of a thriving veterinary hospital, we'd love to meet you.
