Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of operators to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to maximize efficiency and output.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain product standards.
• Train and develop team members in production best practices and safety procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports to track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing machinery.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices in production.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
