The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Business Banking with a focus on small to mid-sized businesses. This role is pivotal in defining and executing the vision for a modern, advisory-led experience, encompassing product innovation, digital acquisition, and real-time payments. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy and leadership, including the definition of the roadmap and operating plan, as well as owning the P&L and growth strategy across various markets and segments. Key responsibilities also include modernizing deposit products, leading innovation in payments, and overseeing the end-to-end small business lending process. The role demands a leader who can drive digital growth, implement data and AI strategies, and ensure market presence while maintaining a strong focus on risk, compliance, and team building. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have 7-10+ years' experience in business banking, SMB lending, or deposit/product leadership, with a proven track record in building or scaling SMB platforms or business lines. A strong financial, analytical, and strategic skillset is essential, as is a deep knowledge of banking regulations and risk management. The role requires a leader who can build and lead a high-performing team, coach and develop talent, and is adept at building strong external partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and be prepared to make a meaningful impact in the communities served.
