Production Planner

Kearneysville, WV | $28.00/hour | 1st Shift

We are seeking a Production Planner to support production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure materials are available and customer needs are met.

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and material availability
• Review customer orders and align production priorities to meet delivery commitments
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate raw material and component availability
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Customer Service teams to support operational goals
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Track production progress on the manufacturing floor and communicate schedule adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory data within the ERP system
• Identify and help resolve material shortages, delays, and scheduling conflicts

• 2+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain, inventory control, logistics, or a related manufacturing role
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP/MRP systems
• Ability to analyze data and make scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both in an office setting and on the production floor
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kearneysville, WV.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
