As our Managing Veterinarian, you'll help shape the future of the practice while providing exceptional patient care alongside an experienced, collaborative team.
We offer a competitive base salary of $160,000-$185,000 (DOE) , production and leadership incentives, $30,000 sign-on and relocation assistance, equity opportunities , and the support of a national veterinary network—allowing you to focus on your patients, your team, and your career.

Practice Exceptional Medicine
You'll have the resources to provide outstanding care, including:
* Brand-new ultrasound, digital radiography, and digital dental radiography
* 5 fully equipped exam rooms

Lead and Inspire
As Managing Veterinarian, you will:
* Provide medical leadership and clinical direction
* Mentor associate veterinarians
* Partner with hospital and regional leadership to drive success
* Help shape medical protocols and team development
* Maintain an active clinical caseload

Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary: $160,000-$185,000 (DOE)
* 22-23% production plus leadership incentives
* $30,000 Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Who We're Looking For
* An experienced veterinarian ready to lead as Managing Veterinarian or Medical Director
* Or a clinician eager to grow into leadership with mentorship and support
* Current DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited college
* ECFVG or PAVE certification (if applicable)
