AVP, Capital Markets: Closing & Structured Finance

Judicial Council of Georgia / Administrative Office of the Courts seeks an Associate/AVP to support PCCP’s investment platform by coordinating with the Capital Markets team and Closing Group. You will own the closing checklist, draft and review loan documentation, and coordinate with lenders, counsel, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. You will manage back-leverage structures, CLO execution, and related financing vehicles while driving process improvements and efficient, accurate #J-18808-Ljbffr Judicial Council of Georgia / Administrative Office of the Courts
