Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methods.

• Provide individualized therapeutic services, including one-on-one therapy, family therapy, and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting attainable goals and results-driven interventions that align with each client's specific mental health journey.

• Regularly collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring client safety and appropriate follow-up care during critical situations.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, making use of our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive peer networks that enhance the sense of community among our clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
