Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Salt Lake City, UT office. The firm specializes in employment and labor law, providing strategic solutions to employers nationwide. This role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and offering counsel on labor laws. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations. Provide advice on labor and employment laws and regulations. Requirements 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background. Active Utah bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly. Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures. Education JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Certifications Active Utah bar admission. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
