About the Role

Branded Cities is hiring a Programmatic Operations Specialist to run the day-to-day operations behind our programmatic sales. You'll make sure our supply flows cleanly from CMS to SSP to DSP, keep deals set up and delivering, and give Sales a reliable partner on everything programmatic.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Programmatic Operations

\n

\n
• Serve as the Operations team's primary point of contact for programmatic activity
\n
• Manage and optimize supply across SSPs, including Vistar, Hivestack, Broadsign Reach, and Place Exchange
\n
• Make sure CMS-to-SSP configuration is correct, including device IDs, resolutions, player mapping, and inventory alignment
\n
• Monitor bid requests, fill rates, inventory availability, and delivery
\n
• Adjust share of voice (SOV) and yield settings to match supply with demand
\n
• Set up and manage Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and private marketplace (PMP) deals, including deal IDs, creative updates, and pacing
\n
• Troubleshoot creative rendering issues, SSP/DSP discrepancies, and pacing problems
\n
• Manage SSP partner relationships: open and track support tickets, run troubleshooting calls, and see platform bugs through to resolution
\n
• Help evaluate and onboard new demand partners and integrations
\n
• Produce programmatic reporting and recommend optimizations
\n

Sales Support

\n

\n
• Run programmatic avails checks and give Sales quick turnaround on feasibility
\n
• Support deal strategy, inventory packaging, and programmatic proposals
\n
• Troubleshoot deals directly with buyers and their DSPs, such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon DSP
\n
• Join client and agency calls when programmatic expertise is needed
\n
• Keep Sales up to date on platform changes and programmatic best practices
\n

Campaign Execution

\n

\n
• Validate creative assets against technical specs before launch
\n
• Monitor programmatic-enabled screens for delivery anomalies or outages, and escalate player issues to Digital Operations
\n
• Support proof of performance and delivery reporting for internal teams and clients
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

Required

\n

\n
• 2–4 years' experience in programmatic ad operations, DOOH operations, or digital ad tech
\n
• Working knowledge of the SSP/DSP ecosystem and programmatic workflows
\n
• Hands-on experience with PG and PMP deal setup and troubleshooting
\n
• Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues
\n

Preferred

\n

\n
• Experience with Broadsign, Vistar, Hivestack, or Place Exchange
\n
• Familiarity with DOOH content management systems such as Broadsign Control
\n
• Understanding of HTML5 creative and digital asset specs
\n
• Experience analyzing performance data and turning it into recommendations
\n
• Background in OOH or DOOH media
\n
