This unique opportunity comes with the advantage of No Billables! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin. If you are an experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, and is passionate about creditor rights, we would love to hear from you. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year Responsibilities 1. Representing our organization in all legal matters related to creditor rights. 2. Providing legal advice and guidance on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin. 3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in compliance with industry standards and regulations. 4. Developing and implementing strategies to safeguard the organization's legal and financial interests. 5. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our organization. 6. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to the mortgage industry and creditor rights. 7. Providing training and guidance to other team members on legal matters related to creditor rights. Qualifications 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on creditor rights. 4. Experience in foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin. 5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7. Proficient in legal research and writing. 8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. 9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 10.
